Admission Procedure

Commencement of Admission: 22nd August 2023 for academic year 2023-24

RCS believes that every child has the potential to be a leader. We believe that every child dreams and dreams big in order to aspire to become what he/she wants to be. Here, in RCS, we nurture the talents/skills of each child by giving exposure to his/her curiosity and work on building the overall development of the child. Every parent wants the best for their child. RCS provides an array of opportunities for the holistic development of their ward. Here, at RCS we nurture the talents of each child to bring out the best in them.

You will need to fill in an application form and visit the school with your child to meet with the Principal. Fee details will be given at the time of the meeting. Admissions are granted based on vacancies being available and the child meeting the minimum Eligibility criteria.

Rules and Regulation

We at our school need your co-operation with all resources physical, social and economical In order to realize the highest idea of education to nurture the sterling qualities of a well rounded personality and inculcate healthy competition. To reach the desired destination (our vision & goal) we want you always be our side.

 

  • You should check the Almanac every day and note the homework and other instructions given. They are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if any circular/notice /invitation etc. has been issued.
  • Care must be taken of all school property and if any damage is done, it will be repaired by the concerned student together with a fine imposed for the offence.
  • All students are expected to join the school on the notified date at the beginning of the term.
  • Students getting absent on special working days will be fined Rs. 50
  • It is compulsory for the student to complete 85% of the attendance in the year to make him/her eligible to appear for the final examination.
  • Once the name is struck off from the roll readmission can be done with due permission of the Principal after paying readmission fee.
  • Parents must first consult the school calendar, date sheets and other circulars, before making enquiries with the school over phone.
  • Even if the students are admitted later during the term, fees for the whole academic session will be charged.
  • Parents are requested to inform the school in writing if there is any change in their address and telephone numbers.
  • Children when sick should not be sent to school to attend tests/classes.
  • Parents are requested not to enter classroom to see their children or teachers during school hours without prior permission of the Principal
  • The name, Admin. No. class, section & house of the pupil should be clearly marked on all belonging of the school eg. Tie, Belt, Notebooks, Books etc.
  • The ward of those parents, who avoid meeting the authorities when advised to do so, may not be allowed to attend the class.
  • The students who habitually keep indulging in cheating, theft, misbehavior or misconduct, despite repeated warning and constant efforts by the staff to improve their behavior, will be expelled even at the time of final examination. These types of cases will be taken by a disciplinary committee, appointed by the Principal.
  • Parents should ensure that their wards prepare their lessons well and do their homework regularly. They are advised to check the diary on all days for any information/message from the school.
  • Parents should make sure that for any absence from the school, written intimation is sent to the class teacher. In case of emergency only, short leave will be given. Absence without sanctioned leave will be fined.
  • Students will not be allowed to go for drinking water after every period except for the short –break and long –break. If in case it is required, the students are requested to bring water bottles to school.
  • No student shall indulge in any of the following practices: Rowdism and rude behavior, riding on vehicle in the games field, bursting of crackers, playing Holi in the school campus, spoiling gardens, lawn, flowers and plants etc.. They should also not use foul language (Unparliamentarily language) & misbehave with the conductor or the driver while travelling in the bus. Student will be punished/expelled from the school if found involved in above written activities.
  • Important dates of calendar are communicated, well in advance, through the students or through remarks of class teachers in their diary. Students will be responsible for any misinterpretation of any rule of this code of conduct to their parents, on keeping them in dark about the remarks given by the authority of the school
